Maintenance or emergency repairs can run the gamut from pipes busting,excessive water leaks, other plumbing or electrical issues, ceiling, flooring or roofing damages, etc.

For the *Special low, LIMITED TIME ONLY introductory offer of $29.99 per month, due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, whether its repair or home improvements, policyholders can have their home needs attended to by essentially paying for the cost of materials and paying a small deductible. CMW, Inc., plans would, normally, cost policyholders $69.99 monthly for our introductory plan and enrollment fee. You can sign up for FREE today and avoid paying the usual Enrollment Fee of $350 and you can rest assured that your every construction and/or maintenance needs will be met, exclusively, by Construction & Maintenance Warranty’s policy. You can, alternatively, elect to pay the full annual term of your policy, which makes you eligible for a $20 discount and simply make a onetime payment of ONLY $359.88 for a full years’ coverage. 

Every new policyholder will undergo our FREE detailed Point-By-Point Home Inspection & Preliminary Property Assessment Report (HIPPAR), which will be created, evaluated and kept on file to determine any current or foreseeable maintenance issues that could lead to potential hazards and that can be avoided by giving those issues immediate attention and repair*. *FREE minor repairs (cost of materials not included). By simply enrolling in our program today, we offer new policyholders immediate repairs of existing issues either within the or on the exterior of your property, just as if you were a long-time warranty policyholder. Work done by non-aligned contractors is not covered, so be sure to contact us for any work needed, as we evaluate the performance of every contractor for every task undertaken to give them an evaluation, which determines the contractor’s future rating and allocation of jobs.

Your policy begins 1 week after your Home Inspection & Preliminary Property Assessment Report (HIPPAR), has been completed. You will automatically receive your policy number and can relax knowing that Construction & Maintenance Warranty, Inc., has your back. 

We’ve enlisted the best tradespersons in your immediate vicinity to make your repairs or jobs as cost-effective as possible. You are required to pay an $75 Contractor call fee per claim, no matter what the actual cost or repair or replacement for your covered jobs. This fee is payable directly to the technician that comes to your home or to CMW, Inc. direct. The Service Call Fee may be lower depending on any discounts that may be available at the given time.
